Gulf Run Transmission, LLC, a small 135-mile pipeline, runs from Northern Louisiana to the Gulf Coast, from Westdale to the Starks and Gillis areas. Owned by Energy Transfer Partners, LP, and operated by Gulf Run Transmission, LLC, it operates at nearly full capacity, primarily serving the midstream and marketers sectors. Key clients include Tenaska Marketing Ventures, Southwest Energy LP, and Enable Gas Transmission LLC. The pipeline system extends bi-directionally between Carthage, Texas, and Perryville, Louisiana, and includes a southward segment from the Westdale Station to an interconnection with Golden Pass Pipeline LLC near Starks, Louisiana.
