Owned by National Fuel Corporation and operated by Empire Pipeline, Inc., it operates at nearly full capacity, primarily serving the utility/power and producers sectors. Major customers include Repsol Oil & Gas USA LLC, Seneca Resources Company, and Rochester Gas & Electric.
