Golden Pass Pipeline LLC, a small 69-mile pipeline, originates at the Golden Pass LNG Terminal near Sabine Pass, Texas, and terminates at the Transco interconnection in Starks, Louisiana. Owned jointly by Qatar Petroleum (70%) and ExxonMobil Corporation (30%), and operated by Golden Pass Pipeline, LLC, the pipeline primarily serves producers and midstream sectors at the lowest utilization. Major customers include ExxonMobil LNG Supply, Golden Pass LNG Terminal, and ConocoPhillips Company. The pipeline system interconnects with several interstate and intrastate pipelines and storage facilities along its route.
